David Anthony Green (actor) -
graduated from Middlesex University with a BA Hons in Drama & Theatre
Studies. He has toured all over the UK and Europe with various children's
theatre companies, taken roles in commercials, films and worked with local theatre
companies. Favourite roles include Jack in The Weir (Full Circle and CP
Productions) and Marlowe in She Stoops to Conquer (DOT Productions).
Kez Hughes (actor and director) - since completing a Contemporary Theatre and Performing Arts degree at Dartington College of Arts Kez has been working with Southend Theatres for the last 6 years as a full time technician, and as an actor and director for Full Circle Theatre.
Valery Taylor (actor and director) - trained at The Centre School of Speech and Drama and went on to lecture in performing arts and established Platform One Theatre Company which promoted new playwrights. Credits for directing include The Hypochondriac (Moliere), Twelfth Night (Shakespeare), The Trial (Kafka), as well as a number of new works. She is also a professional voice coach.
Alan Thorley (actor) - trained with the London Actors Workshop. Recent credits include the father in Reveres video The Escape Artist, Frank in Educating Rita, Serge in Art, and Teddy in The Homecoming, all for Thin Ice Theatre Company, and Marcus Henry in I Make Alive by Rob Hamilton for Full Circle Theatre.
Janet Tomkins (director) - trained at Guildhall School of Music and Drama. She was a director in residence at the Tower Theatre, Canonbury where her credits included The Homecoming and the Killing of Sister George. She has directed the Glass Menagerie (Williams, Benefactors (Frayn), The Weir (McPherson), and Habeas Corpus (Bennett) for Full Circle.
Amanda Whiteford (actor and director) – along with Janet Tomkins, Amanda established Full Circle Theatre and the Playwriting Festival in 2010, which she has continued to help run. Theatre credits include: Catherine in 'The Heiress', Amanda Wingfield in 'The Glass Menagerie' Mary Guthrie in 'Dustbowl Refugee', and Muriel in Habeus Corpus.
Carly Davison (actor) – has performed in many different genres such as Theatre of the Absurd, Theatre in Education, serious drama and comedy, and has appeared at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in Stuffing the Turkey, as well as teaching drama to children with companies such as Steps Ahead, MAPA and Theatre Train.
Kevin Lehane (actor) – is an award winning actor who has performed in musicals and drama for over 20 years. In 2012 he received a degree in comedy writing and performance and will be appearing in the film Digs to be released shortly.
Robb Stow (actor) – is a local writer and actor who is performing his play ‘Mistakes Men Make’ as part of the Festival this year. Recent theatre credits include The Miser and Cash on Delivery with Lindisfarne Players. He has also won several awards at the Isle of Man Festival as part of Bijou Theatre Company.
Penelope Lambton (actor and director) – theatre credits include Mrs Swabb in Habeus Corpus, open air tours of She Stoops to Conquer (Mrs Hardcastle), The Importance of Being Earnest (Miss Prism) and The Comedy of Errors (Adriana) for DoT Productions, a company for whom she is also a Co-Founder and Producer. Film Credits include Once Seen (The Bar Girl) for the National Film Festival. Penelope has also produced and directed Navy Pier for a theatre pub in Kingston and Brentwood Theatre.
Eleanor Tomkins Gregory (actor) has a Masters degree in Creative Writing and hopes to do another in Acting! She is looking forward to performing in the Festival
